ARTICLE 1 — PARTIES

This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into electronically between the SELLER and the BUYER identified below, in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

BUYER

The individual identified by the name, delivery and billing address, email, and contact details provided during checkout or account registration.

ARTICLE 2 — SUBJECT

This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of both parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered by the BUYER from www.moleas.com, whose specifications and prices are set out on the order page and in this Agreement.

ARTICLE 3 — PRODUCTS AND PRICING

Product details, quantity, sale price, and payment method are as shown in the order summary confirmed by the BUYER at checkout and reflected in the invoice.

Prices listed on the site are final sale prices, inclusive of VAT. Listed prices remain valid until updated. Unless otherwise stated, shipping is free of charge.

ARTICLE 4 — GENERAL TERMS

• By completing an order, the BUYER confirms having read and understood the product details, pricing, payment terms, delivery conditions, and right of withdrawal.

• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of receipt. The maximum legal delivery period is 30 days.

• If delivery is made to a third party designated by the BUYER, the SELLER is not responsible for that party's refusal to accept the delivery.

• If the BUYER's payment card is used fraudulently after delivery and the bank reverses the charge, the BUYER is obligated to return the product within 3 days at their own shipping expense.

• In the event of force majeure or extraordinary circumstances preventing delivery, the SELLER will notify the BUYER, who may then cancel the order.

• As olive oil is a food product, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products whose packaging, seal, or integrity has been broken or that have been consumed.

ARTICLE 5 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from this Agreement within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason and without penalty.

To exercise this right, written notice must be sent to info@moleas.com within this period.

IMPORTANT — Exceptions: In accordance with Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for food products whose protective packaging, seal, or wrapping has been opened after delivery, or for products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons. Olive oil falls within this scope — opened or unsealed bottles cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the BUYER. Returns must be sent to the address below using the carrier specified by the SELLER.

ARTICLE 6 — DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be referred to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in the BUYER's place of residence, within the monetary thresholds announced annually by the Ministry of Trade.

ARTICLE 7 — ENTRY INTO FORCE

By completing the order and making payment, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this Agreement. The Agreement enters into force upon the BUYER's electronic confirmation.
