Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your product, without providing any reason and without penalty.

Non-Returnable Items: As our products are food items (olive oil), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:

• Products whose packaging, seal, or protective element has been opened
• Products that have been consumed or partially consumed
• Products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons

Unopened products in their original, undamaged packaging may be returned within 14 days.

How to Return: To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply send a written notice to info@moleas.com stating your order number. You will then receive instructions on how to proceed with your return.

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returns must be sent via the carrier specified by Moleas to the address below.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@moleas.com — ideally with photos. In this case, a replacement or full refund will be provided and return shipping will be covered by Moleas.
